trails, lakes, and sunshine fuel my creativity. I’m a mom, hybrid athlete,
and hands-on DIY enthusiast who loves building, creating, and taking
on new challenges.

With over 14 years in media, I’ve developed a strong eye for
storytelling and authenticity. My content blends lifestyle, fitness, and
family, with a focus on real moments and natural connection.

When I’m not training for a trail race, triathlon, or Hyrox, you’ll find me
crafting something new at home or capturing everyday adventures
with my 4-year-old daughter and our 2-year-old parti standard poodle.
I split my time between Austin, Texas and a cozy cottage in Northern
Michigan, where I’m always inspired by the balance of movement,
